What is Kalamity Fall’s ?

Kalamity Falls is a storytelling ministry started in 1993 to teach Biblical Principals to children at a vacation Bible school. It has since evolved into a unique approach to family ministry that is enjoyed by audiences ranging from Sunday morning church services to children’s revivals, youth camps and jail and prison inmates.

This unique ministry teaches the church going congregation members as well as the prison inmates a class called the Speakers Forum. The end result, disciples armed with the ability to stand in front of a group of people and give their testimony in twelve minutes. Overcoming the basic fear of public speaking and sharing the truth of their Christ changed lives.

We believe in the practical application of the Word of God to our daily lives. We all experience calamities. How we respond to those adversities is the key to having a victorious walk with Jesus Christ. Jesus not only wants to give us eternal life through His saving Grace, but He also wants us to enjoy our life here on earth. It’s our hearts desire to have a safe place where kids can enjoy the encouragement of having dreams and seeing them through. To know their prayers make a difference and that God loves to hear their hearts expressed in prayer. Their dreams are a Blessing from God and will change the world we live in.

As the web-site evolves, one of our goals is to have a Library set up where we can make the stories available to the kids and their friends. The whole site is set up and accommodates the kids with the tools to lead their friends to the Lord, we take the responsibility of your children very seriously and treasure your trust.
